Would you like to be able to completely relax and move to a place of ease and peace in daily life? I use a method of relaxation training called Yoga Nidra. Yoga nidra is a process by which you become completely relaxed and rested. Yoga nidra is a structured method of leading you to a very relaxed state. It is very deep and very healing – working on many levels.
Often I combine aspects of Yoga Nidra, or a full Yoga Nidra session into my yoga teaching. I can however provide one to one sessions focused entirely on achieving deep relaxation and improving health and wellbeing using imagery that works for you. Sessions can be recorded for you to use regularly at home. I can facilitate a session for you either in person or remotely.
I charge for the time it takes to understand the approach that might work best for you, develop and record a session. As a guide:
60 minutes: $80
90 minutes: $110
