Sometimes massage is the best way to reduce stress, tension, aches and stiffness and improve health and well being.

I use a combination of  acupressure, gentle stretches and guided breathing to help relieve pain and trauma in the tissues and enable deep relaxation and a sense of well being.  At times I will suggest yoga stretches and breathing techniques that will help address any specific tension or imbalances.

Your massage is received fully-clothed on a futon-like mat on the floor.
